Dirk Allison

R. Dirk Allison became President & Chief Executive Officer of the Company in January 2016 and has served as a director of the Company since October 2010. Mr. Allison served in a variety of executive positions with healthcare and healthcare related companies in his nearly 29-year career in healthcare. Most recently, he was President & Chief Executive Officer of Correctional Healthcare Companies, having joined that company after serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer of CCS Medical. Prior to CCS Medical, Mr. Allison served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Odyssey Healthcare, Inc., which was a provider of hospice services and a publicly traded NASDAQ company prior to its August 2010 acquisition by Gentiva Health Services, Inc. Mr. Allison was also Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Omniflight, Inc., a privately held operator of aviation support services to the healthcare industry; Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Ardent Health Services LLC, a privately held operator of acute care and behavioral care hospitals; and Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer of Renal Care Group, Inc., a publicly traded operator of dialysis centers. Mr. Allison earned his MBA at the University of Dallas and his BBA at the University of Louisiana at Monroe (formerly Northeast Louisiana University) and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Darby Anderson

Darby Anderson serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer for Addus HomeCare. Mr. Anderson served as Senior Vice President at Addus HomeCare until December 2014. Mr. Anderson joined Addus HomeCare in 1996 as its Midwest Regional Manager until 2000. In 2000, Darby became Regional Vice President of Midwest/East. Mr. Anderson has also been appointed or elected to board and advisory committee positions, including the Older Adult Services Advisory Committee and the Community Care Program Advisory Committee in Illinois. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University. Mr. Anderson lives in the West Chicago Suburbs with his wife and two children.

Brian Poff

Brian Poff became Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in May 2016. Mr. Poff has served in a number of financial positions in both public and private healthcare companies for the past 16 years. Most recently, he was Chief Financial Officer of Oceans Healthcare. Prior to Oceans, Mr. Poff served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer for CCS Medical, one of the nation's largest providers of mail order diabetic supplies. Before CCS Medical, Mr. Poff served as the Corporate Controller for AccentCare, Inc., one of the nation's leading providers of home health services. Mr. Poff also held the position of Division Chief Financial Officer – Hospice Services for Gentiva Health Services, a $2 billion provider of home health and hospice services and as Assistant Controller for Odyssey HealthCare, Inc., a $700 million hospice provider. Before working with Odyssey, he was Controller for Horizon Health Corporation until its buyout from Psychiatric Solutions, Inc., when he was elevated to the role of Division CFO. Mr. Poff earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Sam Houston State University.

Brad Bickham

Brad Bickham became Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Addus HomeCare in January 2017. Mr. Bickham has served in a variety of senior leadership roles in both public and private healthcare companies over the past 14 years, following tenures in the legal and accounting fields. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for United Surgical Partners International, the nation’s largest ambulatory surgery provider. Previously, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for a number of firms, including Correctional Healthcare Companies and CCS Medical. He also served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Odyssey HealthCare through its acquisition by Gentiva Health Services in 2010. Before joining Odyssey, he was an Associate with the law firm of Vinson & Elkins. Mr. Bickham earned his J.D. degree and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Louisiana State University. He practiced public accounting for seven years prior to attending law school.

James Zoccoli

James Zoccoli joined Addus HomeCare in February 2016 and serves as Chief Information Officer. Prior to Addus, Mr. Zoccoli served as Senior Vice President & CIO of Heart to Heart Hospice, a multistate provider of hospice services. He has also served as Executive Vice President COO & CIO of CCS Medical, a national provider of medical supplies and services; Senior Vice President and CIO of Gentiva Health Services, a national supplier of home health and hospice services; Vice President of Information Technology of Odyssey Healthcare; Vice President of Information Technology for Horizon Health, an owner and operator of behavioral health hospitals; and CIO of Lifecare Management Services, an owner and operator of long term acute care facilities. Mr. Zoccoli is co-author of two cryptographic security patents. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from the State University of New York at Oswego.

Laurie Manning

Laurie Manning joined Addus HomeCare as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer in August 2017. Ms. Manning has served in a number of human resource roles for healthcare companies over the past 23 years. Most recently, she was Vice President of Human Resources for Epic Health Services, a private home health company. For the previous 17 years, she was with Concentra, a national health care company, where she served in increasingly important HR positions, most recently as Vice President. Ms. Manning's professional certifications include SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resources) and SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management-Senior Certified Professional). She earned a master's degree in leadership from Norwich University in Vermont and a bachelor's from Bellevue University in Nebraska.

Diane Kumarich

Diane Kumarich has served as Vice President of National Contracts and Managed Care Business Development since 2006. Ms. Kumarich joined the Addus Team in 1994 as a Regional Vice President and has held a number of positions within the company. Over the past twenty years, Diane has served in operations management and network and business development. In her current role, Ms. Kumarich is responsible for pursuing national contracts with governmental and commercial payers. She is also responsible for relationships with managed care payers operating under Managed Long-Term Services and Supports Programs (MLTSS), Dual Eligible Pilots, Managed Medicaid and other managed care lines of business. Prior to Addus, Ms. Kumarich worked as a Regional Operations Director for Cardiac Alliance. Diane has also served as consultant to a number of home health agencies and large national insurers. Ms. Kumarich is a Registered Nurse and earned a BSN from Rush University, as well as an MSN and MBA from the University of Illinois. Diane lives in the southern suburbs of Chicago.

Roger Ness

Roger Ness has served as Vice President of Information Technology since January 2013. A veteran of Addus HomeCare, Mr. Ness led the IT Department from 1989 through 2009 and was responsible for the software development used for all daily operations during this period. In addition to directing the IT Department, Roger also managed the Payroll Department prior to 2007. In his current role, Mr. Ness is responsible for the oversight of the software development teams (both internally and off-shore). Prior to Addus, Mr. Ness worked for Electronic Data Systems and the Sidwell Company. Mr. Ness earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Iowa State University. He enjoys adventure travel and spending time outdoors with his wife and two sons.

Larry Wyrobek

Larry Wyrobek was appointed as Vice President and Corporate Controller at Addus HomeCare in September 2013. Prior to joining the Addus Team, Mr. Wyrobek served as CFO for Xymogen, Inc., Senior Vice President and Controller of Mortgage and Capital Markets at ABN Amro and held various staff positions at Ernst & Young. Larry has also spent time as a consultant, reviewing SEC filings and working with clients on acquisition activities. Mr. Wyrobek is a certified public accountant. He graduated from DePaul University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce, major in Accountancy, and is working toward his MBA from University of Maryland. Mr. Wyrobek enjoys most sports and lives in the southern suburbs of Chicago with his wife.

Jameson Eisenmenger

Jameson Eisenmenger joined Addus HomeCare in January 2016 and serves as Senior Vice President - General Counsel. Prior to Addus, Mr. Eisenmenger served as Vice President of Human Resources and General Counsel to GEA North America, Inc., a multinational German public company. Mr. Eisenmenger also served as GEA's General Counsel for South America and Asia Pacific regions. Before joining GEA, Mr. Eisenmenger served as Deputy General Counsel to Fermilab, Senior Counsel at the U.S. Department of Energy's Argonne National Laboratory and as staff counsel and labor advisor to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' New Orleans office. Mr. Eisenmenger earned his JD, with honors, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School and his Bachelor's Degree from Illinois State University.
